Click on the ‘Online Courses’ tab and you will see that a 10% discount is automatically applied to all courses. This is the price you will be charged when you check out.

To reset your password, go to the Equitopia website homepage at www.equitopiacenter.com and click on the ‘Log in’ button. Click on the Forgot Password? Button and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with the link to choose a new password.

Many of our online courses have discussion forums where learners may start or contribute to ongoing discussions. For everyone signed up to the Equitopia membership program, we offer an ‘Ask us anything’ forum. This is not a discussion forum, rather a place where you may submit a question which is addressed by experts during our monthly webinars.

Webinar recordings are available for everyone signed up to the Equitopia membership program. Go to the Equitopia website homepage at www.equitopiacenter.com and log in with your email address or username + password. From the dashboard, click on the ‘Webinars’ icon and you will be able to see all previous recordings.

Once you purchase a course, you will have instant access to it. Go to the Equitopia website homepage at www.equitopiacenter.com and log in with the email address or username + password used when making the purchase. From your dashboard, click on the ‘My Courses’ icon to see the course(s) purchased. Click on the name of the course and you will be able to start.

Go to the Equitopia website homepage at www.equitopiacenter.com and click on the ‘Online Courses’ tab. Click on each course to learn more about it. When you have chosen a course, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If you have a discount coupon code or a gift card code, you may enter these details before proceeding to check out. If you do not have an Equitopia account, you will be asked to provide a user name and password. You will need to remember these in order to log in to the Equitopia website to do the course.You will receive confirmation of your purchase by email, with the link to your course. Please remember that you must log in to the Equitopia website in order to access the course.

From the dashboard, click on the ‘My Account’ icon. From here, click on ‘Payment methods’
where you can make the necessary updates.

If you get the message: Error: username is not allowed – check the following:
  • Are you by any chance using characters from a language other than English? These don’t work on the signup page.
  • Are you trying to use your email address as a username? I’m afraid this won’t work either.
  • Are you using your first name as you username? – It’s  likely that someone else has taken that already, and you would need to use a different name (or add a number e.g. Poppy21).
  • For the password, it’s good to use a mixture of upper and lower case characters, numbers, and symbols like !”£$%&
Here are some of the most common issues to check:
  • Are you sure you’re logged in to the site? Members can only access gated content once logged in
  • Are you logging in with the correct username/email address? Some people buy courses with one email address and membership with another – are you sure you’re logging in with the email address linked to your membership account?
  • Try using a different browser – the Equitopia website works on all browsers, but it’s worth trying a different one if you are having problems accessing content
  • Try a different device to eliminate the possibility that there is a problem with the computer/tablet/phone you are using.
Here are some of the most common issues to check:
  • Are you registered on the Equitopia website? If you have ever purchased a course/webinar or done a free taster course, you will be registered on the equitopia website and should log in using your email address and password.
  • If you have made several attempts to purchase, and have not been successful, it will help to go to your account settings to unblock your account so that you can proceed with the purchase – see the video above, named: I can’t complete purchase of membership plan.
  • If you cannot resolve the issue – send an email to support@equitopiacenter.com with some screenshots of what comes up on your screen so that our technical team can help you.
