Microbial Analysis of the Hind Gut
Are you managing your horse’s gut health properly? Do you understand the link between the biome and the disease/temperament/health of your horse?
Join us for an Equitopia webinar, where we will be discussing these issues in depth with Carol Hughes, PhD Infectious Disease (microbiology).
Carol has been based in Newmarket/Lambourn, UK for the past 20 years where she runs weekly clinics for racehorses in metabolomics linked to poor performance. Over the last 10 years, she has been researching the use of plant compounds to combat common diseases in horses including inflammation/obesity and investigating and profiling the microbiome of competition horses (racing and eventing).
The event will be especially of interest for horse owners, vets and all equine professionals interested in knowing more about the links from the biome to disease/temperament/health.
25th November – 8am to 9:30 am (Pacific time)
This webinar is included as part of the monthly content provided for everyone signed up to Equitopia’s membership program and available to non-members for $10.00
